Let’s get everyone moving again.
Start with the quick fixes below. Your group’s details stay private while you find your way back.
Changes haven’t appeared yet
Pull down to refresh and make sure you’re connected. If you made a change offline, SharedChores will catch up when you’re back online.
An invitation won’t open
Open the invitation on an iPhone with SharedChores installed. If it expired or was already used, ask the sender for a new one.
Notifications aren’t arriving
Check that notifications are allowed for SharedChores in iOS Settings, then review notification previews in the app. Open SharedChores anytime to see the latest.
Plus isn’t showing
Make sure the App Store is signed in with the Apple Account used to buy Plus, then choose Restore purchases in SharedChores. If the App Store is temporarily unavailable, free features still work and your group data stays intact.
A device or group member needs changing
Adults can manage people, child settings, devices, and invitations from Settings. The group owner can transfer ownership or delete the group.
Privacy or deletion questions
Read the Privacy Policy and account-deletion guide. When you’re signed in, the app walks you through the available account and group choices before anything is deleted.
Still stuck? We’re here.
Email corporate@cerebraenterprises.com and tell us what you were trying to do. Please leave out passwords, Apple sign-in details, invite links or codes, and private chore text—we’ll never ask for them.
